At ASOROCK WATCHES, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original luxury presentation box and pack it securely in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
